Christmas lights in Paris

We walked around Paris over a few very cold days on the weekend and took some Christmas photos. Here's Notre Dame, some chocolate shoes, a cheese fondue, and some images from the planted walkway that leads through a maze of buildings above street level (maybe one storey up). I bought some lovely little mittens to combat the cold, but, sadly, I left them under a cafe table with a view on Notre Dame.

  1. Oh Kerry! Wonderful photos! The chocolate shoes - are they really chocolate? They look SO real?! And I remember the garden path too. I took similar pictures as well! Did you get any ice-cream at Berthillon? Maybe too cold for ice-cream!

    I MISS PARIS!!

  2. Yeah. Everything was chocolate in that store. We went in, looked around and felt like Julia Roberts trying to buy a dress in Pretty Woman. The chocolate might have been too high class for us. So, we walked down the road and ate cheese fondue.

  3. Carmen: Do you have some nice flowers in your photos? I think that little walk must be lovely in other seasons.

  4. Sara Louise: Soooo good. Thank goodness we bought an elliptical machine shortly after.
