Some images of snow in France -- this time, in the right spot. We went skiing yesterday at Auron (just the two of us) and had so much fun.This place really is a paradise. Once I start swimming in the sea as well as skiing in the mountains, I won't be able to leave here.
We came home and ate the worst version of poutine ever. I could only find approximate ingredients. If anyone knows what I could buy here that tastes like cheese curds... I'd love to know.
you could use just regular cheese, but if you go to a dairy, I am sure you can find curds.....there has to be a dairy farm there somewhere....
ReplyDeleteI used some regular cheese, but obviously not the right one. Too strong. A dairy is such a good idea... now I just have to find one I can get to on the scooter... Thanks!
