Speaking of dinner parties...

I went to a dinner party in Toronto while I was getting my visa. We had many delicious dishes, but the final one was an act of brilliance.

As a Canadian who has bought delicious Canadian ice wine for people (who rarely know what to do with it), I think this is definitely a recipe to keep in mind.

You'll laugh when you read the ingredients. Especially when I tell you to substitute the alcohol in the recipe with ice wine. But if you throw some grapes and blueberries inside the lychees (which is what we were offered), it's actually quite wonderful.
