The freak-out deadline has passed

I'm sitting in my father's office, typing away with the dog at my feet. I took some time to get going today, but I'm working well now. Yesterday's freak-out was such an annoying distraction! But, I guess it's part of the process of trying to get my head around what I'm about to do... and around what I'll be doing for the next year.

Thank goodness that's over! But I'm sure it will come again.
