We found a lovely little water city near Saint Tropez yesterday, which was actually more interesting than Saint Tropez. It's called Port Grimaud and we ate dinner in a restaurant where we cooked our food on a pierrade -- a hot stone -- while watching a kid fish from his backyard across the tiny channel. Then... we shared an authentic tarte Tropezienne.
Was the tropezienne that rich? Looks like a big piece of tarte to me!

It's like a Boston cream doughnut without the chocolate or doughnut machine. Good... even without chocolate.
