Final Canadian experiences

Before I go back to France, I've been trying to stock up on all of the experiences that I'll miss -- even if I can eventually find an equivalent in Europe. And last night I went out dancing with some friends and today, we went for dim sum at the Bright Pearl on Spadina in Toronto.

What else should be on the list?

-chicken wings
-cross-country skiing
-driving an automatic car

  2. Yes! But I don't think it's frozen yet. How are your ice skating plans coming along?

  3. Funny you asked because I'm planning my winter vacation to Whitehorse (to see the Northern Lights - remember?) I'm joining an ice-fishing and snowshoeing tour (including me being transported to a frozen lake!!!!) This is the coolest ever!

Back to ice-skating, I'll book the lessons for sure after I'm done booking my Whitehorse trip!

Nice that you remember! Thanks Kerry!

  4. I can't believe you're making the trek to see the northern lights! That's amazing. And ice-fishing? I've NEVER, NEVER, NEVER caught a thing. Although, we fished with rope tied to sawed off 2x3 inch boards when I was growing up. And we might only have been over three feet of water. You'll impress me even if you only get a bite.

I'm so excited for you! Take a picture for me.

  5. I have NEVER done ice-fishing before. Never seen the northern lights. Never tried snowshoeing. Of course I have NEVER been to Whitehorse before.

I have always wanted to see the lights, so there! As you said - waiting isn't going to make that happen!

    OK, one more: dog-sledding!

Will definitely take a picture pour toi. You bet!
